Without releasing any color, this wood (Fraxinus excelsior) ensures balanced maturation through controlled micro-oxygenation without colorants. Ash releases minimal to no color. The distillate matures in its original state and becomes pleasantly soft. The wood comes from Wörth in the southern Palatinate.
