SCC Special Edition 2023

There are bottlings that are so great that it is almost a waste to bottle just one barrel of them. For particularly great stuff, we bottle several barrels in one bottling to ensure that as many lovers as possible can benefit from it. In the first year, we chose a rum from the legendary Foursquare distillery, which was allowed to mature in 50-litre barrels.

Oh boy! What a bomb. The power of the 61.9% ABV cask strength, combined with the sheer incredible force of the wood, also brings a certain smokiness, only to be tamed again by the sherry cask influence. An absolute massacre of flavors and probably the best thing Nicolas has ever conjured up.
