Wagemut braucht Verstärkung

Wagemut needs reinforcement

Anuschka is leaving us. For the best reason: she is expecting a baby. So she is not really leaving us, she will just take a break for 1-2 years.
Means: Courage needs reinforcement!

I am very proud of my small company and of our team, consisting of Anuschka, Adrien, Florian and me (Nicolas).
The four of us can achieve a lot, and we are growing well. But the best thing is that we can still do more. At some point we won't be four anymore, but we can do a lot more!
We continue to grow. This is anything but a given at the moment, when one spirits company after another is closing its doors. For me, this is the best compliment about our work: the market rewards us for our quality and transparency, despite tough times.

Our areas of responsibility are as follows:
Anuschka: Office worker
Adrien: Production
Florian: Finances (besides his main job in the Bundeswehr)
Nicolas: Appear important

Now we need a replacement for Anuschka - even though we are of course aware that we cannot really replace her warmth. Our new team member also does not need to worry about what will happen when Anuschka returns in 1-2 years: By then we will have created a much higher demand and will then look together with Anuschka to see what kind of work and what intensity she is looking for.

Means: A full-time employee is sought.
Since we have constant opening hours for deliveries, etc., full-time work (40-hour week) is not only a given, but necessary.
Please don't be shy about your age: we are a group of young guys - my first and legendary employee Heike started working for me when she was 58 (there were only two of us then) and we supported her until she retired. That's my ideal: the best thing is for you to stay with us forever.
Working for us for 1-2 years is not our thing. We are too personal for that and give you too much insight: we don't want to have any secrets from our employees.

Your responsibilities include:
- Communication with our customers (private customers & trading partners)
- Processing orders
- Packing the packages
- Customer service (very important and individual for us)
- Record incoming payments, etc.

What you need to bring:
- Warmth (Most important! You have to like people)
- Fluent German
- Writing and reading
- Keen to promote daring

No joke: Those are my only prerequisites. There are things that are obviously an advantage if you bring them with you - but basically we can teach you everything else.

What I couldn’t care less about:
- How you were in school.

I don't even want to tell you about what a great atmosphere we have in our company, blah blah.
I've noticed that the more companies emphasize how family-like everything is, the worse it is.
Maybe you have already heard one or two things from us and can therefore form your own opinion.

You should be aware that hard work is involved. Daring is not for the faint-hearted. We believe in performance and that performance should be rewarded.
This means: If you are keen to create additional added value once you have settled in, the possibilities are endless. But one thing at a time.

Adrien and I also spoke live on YouTube about what it would be like to work for us. If you are interested in working at Wagemut, then take a look at the video - it will give you a good impression:
